 This is the year for GASGAS! Continuing with the famous and very popular Amos Bilbao, GASGAS also signs the incredible Jordi Tarres to the team. Jordi has already achieved the status of the greatest trial rider of all time. The "T" designation stands for "Tarres". Jordi and Amos propel GASGAS into the spotlight the world over. No longer the small company from Girona. GASGAS is the name brand chosen by top riders worldwide. The 1993 models feature the new "Case reed valve" induction system and the hydraulic clutch is standard equipment on all models. The chassis is chrome plated to enhance the look and sets the machines apart from all others. This is the period when the hard work begins to pay off! The factory in Girona begins to accelerate development of new revolutionary designs for the sport of Observed trials. In the 1993 model year, the GASGAS was the machine to own. All other manufacturers began the race to copy, and redesign their machines to keep up with the world leader in trial motorcycle design. 1993 was the first year for the production GASGAS enduro machine. This motorcycle immediately proved its abilities in the World Enduro Championship, Spanish and European championships as well as the International Six Days Enduro.
